The Casting Workshop

Four lucky actors were chosen to perform a cold reading audition in front of Film Industry Professionals: Ken del Corral of del Corral Model and Talent, Hank Langlois of Caballero Casting, Tabitha Bryant Huffman, Erin Guidry and Charity Fincher of Trinity Talent, and Ted Baldwin of Cinema Recktor.  The workshop was held at and co-sponsored by Raleigh Studios in Baton Rouge.  Studio 2136 generously donated all AV equipment.

Jason Teresi, from Actors Access, demonstrated to workshop attendees the various components of Actors Access, including a walk-thru of the soon-to-be-launched feature Eco Cast, for comprehensive self-submissions.   

Louisiana Actors Expo  

Actors from all over the Gulf South region, from Austin, TX to Tampa, FL attended the 2009 Louisiana Actors Expo. The Expo was co-sponsored by New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundation and Sync Up: the Jazz & Heritage Talent Exchange, an economic development program of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation.
